Typically, 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and work. For urgent requests, we offer limited express options (additional charges may apply).
Absolutely. If you’ve seen a design we’ve done before (on our Instagram, website, or previous client), we can remake it for you—either as-is or with minor customizations.
We make every effort to communicate clearly and share approvals at each stage of production. However, please understand that custom outfits involve creative interpretation, and slight variations in fit, color tone, or embroidery may occur. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations if the outfit matches the approved design and specifications.
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the outfit is delivered and approved. However, if there’s a genuine defect or error on our part, we will address it immediately.

We recommend dry cleaning only, and storing your outfit in a muslin cloth or garment bag, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
We carefully select fabrics that offer the right fall, structure, and elegance for each gown design. Depending on the style, we may use satin, organza, georgette, net, or silk blends to achieve the desired silhouette and movement.
Yes, we’ll walk you through fabric options during your consultation. However, based on the design you choose, we may recommend fabrics that best complement the cut and drape of the gown to ensure the final look is graceful and well-structured.
White gowns, especially in natural or skylight settings, can reflect ambient light—which often has a bluish tone. This is common in photography and not a flaw in the fabric or color. We use high-quality whites, but appearance can vary slightly under different lighting conditions.
We do our best to match the reference look. However, slight variations may occur due to changes in fabric, lighting, body type, or custom modifications. Each gown is made to order and tailored uniquely to your measurements and preferences.
Yes! Many of our outfits are designed with modularity or elegance in mind, allowing for restyling or sleeve addition based on the fabric used. We’re happy to offer guidance post-wedding.
Customised outfits involve both your vision and our design expertise. Some minor variations in pattern, placement, or finishing may occur during the process to ensure proper drape, support, or visual balance. These are intentional, professional decisions to maintain the integrity and beauty of the outfit.
For clients who receive their outfits via online delivery, we recommend getting basic alterations like length or minor fit adjustments done locally with the help of a trusted tailor. However, we are always happy to:
• Guide you on the necessary alterations over video/phone call.
• Offer support by reviewing fit issues remotely.
• If you’re able to visit, we’re happy to offer in-house alteration services at our studio.
Major alterations are rare, as we work with detailed measurements and multiple checkpoints. However, if adjustments are needed and you’re unable to visit us, we can assist with step-by-step guidance for your local tailor, or help rework the outfit if it’s brought to our studio.
