At Kavani, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the order. We only accept exchange for products purchased directly from Kavani website. Any return or exchange request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Kavani we have 15 days exchange policy, it gives you an option to exchange items purchased from Kavani.in for any reason within 15 days of receipt of the item.
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID EXCHANGE:
- All product tags intact and in their original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Products must be in an unwashed and in an undamaged condition
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT TO KAVANI, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Create a 'Return Request' under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button.
Our team will get in touch with you with the process for return and exchange.The product with all the tags and neatly packed needs to be send back to us.
At Kavani we have 15 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Items sold on offer/sale cannot be exchanged
